Bourgogne Tourisme: social media support
The Burgundy regional tourism board, CRT Bourgogne, has a community manager to run its social media presence. The agency’s role was therefore to provide different forms of support to the destination: training on content production and management (web writing formats, iconography, etc.) and assistance in managing social networks (reporting and analysis).
Semply.Digital also managed the destination’s social media advertising campaigns, especially Facebook Ads. In 2016, it managed around 60 campaigns.
In addition, the agency provided operational support by organising a blog trip to Burgundy for around ten bloggers.
